Ingredients

 

  • 5 bigger egg whites
  • 3 bigger yolks
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in two pieces
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • chopped chive

  1. Put the egg whites and yolks in two different bowls. Three yolks are needed here, so save the rest for later.
  2. Mix the yolks, you want them to become consistent and kind of pale. Put it aside.
  3. Put the egg whites in a bowl, make sure the bowl is big enough. Beat the eggs till they grow significantly and turn white with peaks of the middle size.
  4. Slowly add the yolks into the mix, beat until they become one.
  5. Put the egg liquid in a frying pan, it is better to use the one with the nonstick coating and with a lid. The heat is medium-low, cook for about five minutes.
  6. Put a piece of butter underneath each side of the omelet.
  7. Close the pan and keep the heat for some 5 minutes or until the mixture solidifies a little. 
  8. Open the pan and add your salts and peppers now. Take it off the stove.
  9. Put the dish on a plate carefully and add some chives.
  10. Try it and enjoy your meal!
