Ingredients for two people:
- 1 egg
- 2 stripes of bacon
- cheese, to taste

For one serving
Cooking
- Obtain separated egg whites and yolks.
- Mix the whites in a cool bowl, preferably metal. Do that until solid chunks form. Add the ingredients you want. We prefer bacon and some cheese.
- Form the whites into identical shapes on a sheet of cooking paper and make a hole in the middle of each shape using the back of the spoon.
- Throw it in the oven at 450F for three minutes.
- Fill the holes with yolks and cook for another three minutes.
