Ingredients for two people:


  • 1 egg
  • 2 stripes of bacon
  • cheese, to taste

For one serving


  1. Obtain separated egg whites and yolks.
  2. Mix the whites in a cool bowl, preferably metal. Do that until solid chunks form. Add the ingredients you want. We prefer bacon and some cheese.
  3. Form the whites into identical shapes on a sheet of cooking paper and make a hole in the middle of each shape using the back of the spoon.
  4. Throw it in the oven at 450F for three minutes.
  5. Fill the holes with yolks and cook for another three minutes.
  6. Try it!
